The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 26 year old male, Joshua James TURNER. TURNER was last seen on Friday, August 13th, 2010 at 10:00 p.m. in the downtown area of Winnipeg.
TURNER is described as Caucasian, 5’10” tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. TURNER was last seen wearing a brown shirt and blue jeans.
The Winnipeg Police Service is concerned for TURNER’s well-being due to a number of health issues.
TURNER has been designated a high risk sex offender and should not be approached if encountered. Anyone observing or coming into contact with TURNER is asked to immediately contact police
