The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Ivan Ivanov, 20, was last seen on Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at 4 p.m., in the Sheppard Avenue East/Yonge Street area.
He is described as white, 5’11”, 155 lbs., with brown eyes, short dark blonde hair. He was wearing a grey hoodie shirt, dark blue sweat pants, and white runners.
Ivan functions at the age of a four-year-old and is not dressed for the weather. Police are concerned for his safety.
