On Wednesday, October 30, 2013, a 47 year old Windsor man was arrested by the Windsor Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) after a month long investigation.
Officers executed a Search Warrant in the 1100 block of Marion Ave in Windsor. A number of computers and a quantity of storage media were seized from the residence.
Dalil Dalil 47 years is charged with Possess Child Pornography , Access Child Pornography and Make Available Child Pornography.
