On Thursday, August 26, 2010, the Ottawa Police Service High Tech Crime/Internet Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant in Ottawa’s east end.
This investigation led to the arrest of Gilles SIMARD, 56-years-old, of Ottawa.
SIMARD has been charged with 3 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 2 counts of Make Available Child Pornography.
He will appear in court today.
