The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.
Patricia Foster, 62, was last seen on Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at approximately 8 a.m., in the Regent Park area.
She is described as white, 5’4", 140 lbs., grey/white, short hair, hazel eyes, and is missing teeth. She appears disoriented and will have problems articulating who she is.
Police are concerned for her safety.
