A pedestrian dies in a fatal vehicle struck near Roseville Garden Drive

On Monday December 16, 2013 at approximately 1:55p.m. Windsor Police received a call for service for a motor vehicle accident.  Two vehicles had collided within the intersection of Tecumseh Road East and Roseville Garden Drive.  After the collision, one of the vehicles left the roadway and struck a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital by ambulance (VSA) vital signs absent.  Hospital officials confirmed with police that the 43 year old male victim had succumbed to his injuries.
 
This investigation is being handled by Windsor Police Accident Reconstruction Specialists.  The investigation is progressing and is expected to take several days to be completed.
