Toronto police search for missing man Omar Sinclair

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Omar Sinclair, 21, was last seen on Thursday, January 16, 2014, at approximately 10 a.m., in the Leslie Street/Gerrard Street East area.

He is described as black, 5’7″, 150 lbs., with short, black, curly hair and a full beard with sideburns. He was wearing a reddish brown toque, black winter jacket, red sweater, blue jeans, black-and-white running shoes and carrying a notebook.

He functions at the level of an eight-year-old.

Police are concerned for his safety.

Update: Omar Sinclair was located on Saturday, January 19, 2014, in Newmarket.
