On Sunday, September 12, 2010, at 10:09 p.m., police responded to the sound of gunshots in the Jane Street/Driftwood Avenue area.
Officers attended and located a man suffering from obvious gunshot wounds.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim has been identified as Jerome Leigh Ellington, 25, of Toronto.
A post-mortem examination is to be scheduled.
Two people have been brought in for questioning. The investigation is ongoing.
