The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man and his daughter.
Moses Ma, 27, and his daughter, Sofi Ma, 2, were last known to be in Toronto in January 2014.
Moses Ma is described as having short black hair and brown eyes.
Sofi Ma is described as having black, shoulder-length hair and dark-brown eyes.
On Thursday, February 13, 2014, a warrant was issued for Moses Ma. He is wanted for:
1) Parental Abduction
2) Disobey Court Order
Sofi Ma is still missing. Police are concerned for the safety of Sofi Ma.
