The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, a man sat next to 22-year-old woman on a GO Transit train
– after a short period of time, the man pretended to fall asleep and moved his hand upon the woman
On Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at 10 a.m., Mustafa Ibrahim, 29, of Mississauga was arrested at Union Station. He is charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at 10 a.m.
Mustafa Ibrahim travels the Milton Corridor of the GO Transit System using both the train and bus service. Police believe there may be more victims.
