On Saturday, March 8, 2014, at approximately 2:30 p.m., police were called to the St. Dennis Drive/Don Mills Road area for a shooting.
Once on scene, police located a woman with obvious signs of injury. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
She has been identified as Vilanong Douangphachanh, 26, of Toronto.
A man was arrested at the scene. He has been identified as Achint Ranhotra, 28, of Toronto. He is charged with:
1) Manslaughter
He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park Courts, on Monday, March 10, 2014, at 10 a.m.
