Houston police have learned the identity of a man found dead at 207 Frawley about 8 a.m. on Sept. 13.
The victim, Carlos Tomas Rodriguez, 40, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences determined his cause of death to be a homicide.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Bush and Police Officer C. Sturdivant reported:
Mr. Rodriguez was discovered on the floor of his living room the morning of Monday, Sept. 13.
