The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Moustafa Ragheb, 30, was last seen on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at 3:45 p.m., in the Finch Avenue West and Norfinch Drive area.
He is described as brown, light complexion, 6’0″, 260 lbs., heavy build, short brush-cut black hair and dark-brown eyes, with an inch-long scar through the middle of his left eyebrow.
He was last seen wearing a black coat with a white logo over the left chest area, a black zip-up jacket with liner and grey- or khaki-coloured cargo pants.
Police are concerned for his safety.
