The Hamilton Police Service have arrested and charged a Hamilton man alleged to be in Possession of Child Pornography.
On April 9, 2014 Members of the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit and the Technological Crimes Unit executed two Search warrants at an address on Second Road East in Hamilton. The Search warrants were sought after Police received information that images of Child Pornography had been seen on a device belonging to the accused. Hamilton Police are continuing their investigation with a detailed forensic examination of the computers and devices seized from the residence.
Charged: Peter (Perry) Klomp 44 years of Hamilton
Charges: Two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
Bail Hearing is scheduled for April 9th, 2014.
