The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a 26-year-old autistic man.

Yacoub Faraj left his home in East VancouverTuesday, April 8th at about 6:00 in the morning. He has not made contact with anyone since that time.

Yacoub does have a history of going on walks of considerable distance when he is upset and has been found as far away as the Pacific border crossing. He is described as 5’8″ tall, 170lbs., with short, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray baseball hat, gray jacket, blue jeans and white Adidas running shoes.
