Mississauga man Chuang Li charged with attempt murder

On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 9:36 a.m., police were called to an office building at 4110 Yonge Street for a person with a knife.

It is alleged that:

– a man stabbed four people

All four people (three men, one woman) were taken to hospital for treatment. Three of the injured remain in hospital. The woman has life-threatening injuries, two men have non-life-threatening injuries.

Chuang Li, 47, of Mississauga, was arrested.

He was charged with:

1) Attempt Murder (three counts)
2) Aggravated Assault (four counts)
3) Assault with a Weapon (four counts)

He will be appearing in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 10 a.m.
