On May 7th, 2010 an elderly couple were robbed while leaving the Darlington Mall in Dalhousie, N.B. Jimmy Lévesque, 29 years old, previously of Eel River Crossing, N.B. was arrested and appeared in Campbellton Provincial Court on September 30th to answer to robbery and breach of probation.

No plea was entered and Lévesque was remanded until Monday, October 4th for a bail hearing and plea.
