The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to an arrest in a historical sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
-between 1986-1989, a young boy was sexually assaulted while in the care of the accused
-between 1988-1989, a woman was sexually assaulted
On Tuesday, April 29, 2014, Chester Harper, 55, of Toronto was charged and arrested with:
1) Sexual Assault X6
2) Buggery
Police believe there may be more victims who would have been in his care as a baby sitter/caregiver during the 1980’s to mid 1990’s.
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park Courts on Friday, May 2nd, 10 a.m., in court room 501.
