Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating an incident where a shot was fired through a window at a Tim Horton’s in Moncton.

On October 5, 2010 at approximately 5:10 am Codiac Regional RCMP received a 911 call from employees at Tim Horton’s located at 1810 Mountain Road that someone had shot a front window at the front of the restaurant.

There were employees inside the restaurant at the time of the incident but no one was injured.

The Codiac RCMP police dog was on the scene to search for evidence with the Forensic Identification Section. Investigators went door to door this morning at businesses and residences in the area to see if anyone had any information which could assist the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing.
