On Monday, May 26, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., a man was arrested in connection with an Indecent incident investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Monday, May 26, 2014, at 5 p.m., the Toronto Police Service received a call for an indecent incident at Budd Sugarman Park.
– the man exposed himself to a young girl
– the man, when confronted, assaulted the person with a weapon
Winner Ramsay, 48, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Exposure to a person under 16
2) Assault with a Weapon
Police believe there may be more victims.
