The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Child Exploitation investigation.
It is alleged that:
– a man was online, actively engaged in sexually explicit chats, seeking to meet a child in person
– during these chats, he sent a child sexually explicit pictures and received pictures from the victim who was under 14
On Friday, May 23, 2014, the Sex Crimes Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Jane Street/Woolner Avenue area.
The man, Nicolas Frelon, 38, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) Make Child Pornography
2) Luring a Child
3) Make Available Sexually Explicit Material to a Person Under 18 Years
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Friday, May 23, 2014, courtroom 206,
Police believe there may be more victims who have had contact with Nicolas Frelon. He was known to use an online profile of “Styx355”.
