District 11 RCMP are investigating a fatal, single vehicle crash occurred on the Trans-Canada Highway near Havelock, N.B.
The crash occurred at approximately 8:00 am on October 8, 2010, when an eastbound passenger vehicle lost control and went off the road. The driver, a 53-year-old Harvey man, was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
Alcohol and speed are not believed to be factors. The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
The investigation continues.
