RCMP are releasing the name of a man killed in a fatal crash on Sunday morning in North River.
At approximately 1:45 a.m. on Sunday morning, RCMP, Emergency Health Services, North River Fire and Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal responded to a report of crash on Highway 311 in North River. Preliminary investigation determined that the driver who was coming from Brule failed to negotiate a sharp turn and left the roadway.
Devin Allan Tower, 22, of Truro, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
