On October 27, 2010, District 6 RCMP executed a search warrant on a residence in Eel Ground, N.B. The search resulted in the seizure of 135 pills. The pills have been sent for analysis, they are believed to include dilaudid and methamphetamine.

Nathan Kingston of Eel Ground was arrested and appeared in Miramichi Provincial Court charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

Kingston also faces charges stemming from an earlier search at his residence by Blackville RCMP on September 1, 2010, in which a large quantity of pills were seized.

Kingston was remanded into custody until November 15, 2010 at 9:30 at Miramichi Provincial Court.
