The Regina Police Service is requesting information from the public in its efforts to locate a 15 year-old female who has not had contact with her family since Thursday, August 21, 2014 in the afternoon.  She seen by police on Thursday, August 28, 2014, however she fled from officers.

Fifteen year-old Cara-Lynn Dawn Eagle: DOB 1999/07/06, was last seen by friends on the 2100 block of Reynolds Street around 8:00 p.m on August 21, 2014. She was reported missing on the 22nd. In attempts to locate her, police spotted her on the 1700 block of Montreal Street on the afternoon of Thursday, August 28, 2014, however, she fled. Eagle is described as: female, Aboriginal, 5’ 6” tall, weighing about 140 pounds; medium build; dark complexion; long, medium-length straight black hair; and brown eyes, but is known to wear blue-coloured contacts. It is not known what clothing she may be wearing.  She has piercings on her left eyebrow, and nose (although that piercing may be closed), as well as a scar on her left arm and a heart-shaped scar on her left wrist. It appears that she is actively avoiding police. We don’t have indication that she is the victim of a criminal act, however there is urgency to locate Eagle because of her age and behavior that has family and police concerned for her safety.

Investigators have been searching for Eagle, including checking with friends and any known associates, but have not yet located the teen.  This investigation is ongoing.
