The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Rick Hazzard, 25, was last seen on Sunday, September 7, 2014, at 5 p.m., in the Weston Road/Mahoney Avenue area.
He, is described as black, 5’10”, 135 lbs., with short black hair, and brown eyes. He was wearing a grey T-shirt, and blue sweatpants. He functions at the level of a five-year-old. He often reaches out to touch people’s hands.
Police are concerned for his safety.
