Codiac Regional RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance to locate a 36-year-old manfrom Moncton.
James Douglas Simms was last seen on Kendra Street on September 9, 2014 around 10 p.m. He has not been seen or heard from since. There is concern for his well-being.
Simms is Caucasian, 6’3′ tall and weighs 190 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white jacket, white Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt, dark pants and a camo ball cap.
