Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 9100 Tavenor Lane about 10:25 a.m. on Saturday (Nov. 13).
The victim is identified as Rene Rodriguez, 44, of South Houston.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W.R. Elsbury and Senior Police Officer R.P. Martinez reported:
Patrol officers were dispatched to the 9100 block of Tavenor Lane after a passerby observed a body in a ditch. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the male dead. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will conduct an autopsy to determine Mr. Rodriguez’s cause of death.
