On Friday, November 14, 2014, members of the Toronto Police Sex Crimes Unit Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the Islington Avenue and Bloor Street West area. A man was arrested during the execution of the warrant.
It is alleged that:
– a man was accessing and saving child sexual abuse images/videos
– a man was attending events in Toronto and surreptitiously filming up womens’ skirts
Volodymyr “Vlad” Gamala, 32, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:
1) two counts of Possession Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
3) Voyeurism
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Friday, November 14, 2014, room 206.
Police believe there may be more victims.
