The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 26 year-old, Colten Pratt. Pratt was last seen in the downtown area of Winnipeg on Thursday, November 6, 2014.
Pratt is described as an Aboriginal male, 5’10” tall, approximately 160 pounds, thin build, short brown hair and brown eyes. Pratt was last seen wearing a brown plaid jacket and blue jeans.
Police are concerned for his well-being.
