On November 21, 2014 at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers and other emergency personnel responded to a suite located in the 500 block of Victor Street regarding an injured female.
Beatrice Ann Crane, 44 years-old of Winnipeg was located with serious injuries consistent with being stabbed and transported to hospital in critical condition. A short time later, while in hospital she was pronounced deceased.
Members of the Homicide Unit were notified and continue to investigate.
Interviews are on-going. No charges have been laid at this time.
