He is Caucasian, 59 yrs old, 5 ft 7 inches (170 cm), 165 lbs (76 kg), red/grey hair, freckles, brown eyes, and a birth mark on one shoulder.
He may be driving a black 1995 GMC truck with BC LP#DX8109.
Update: The body of Arnold Oakes, a man missing since November 4th, 2014 was found on Saturday, December 13th in an isolated area near Lost Lake Forest Service Rd.
Foul play is not suspected. The investigation has been turned over to the Coroner’s Service.
