A Halifax man faces charges as a result of an investigation conducted by members of the HRP/RCMP Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE).
Officers assigned to the ICE Unit, assisted by officer from the HRP/RCMP Integrated Vice Unit, executed a search warrant this morning just after 6 a.m. in the 7100 block of Andrew Street in Halifax. A man was arrested at the scene without incident. The subsequent search resulted in the seizure of computer equipment.
A 40-year-old Halifax man is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date charged with possessing child pornography.
