The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Phillip Phen, 80, was last seen on Thursday, December 11, 2014, at approximately 12 p.m., in the McCowan Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East area.
He is described as Asian, 5’4″, 125 lbs., bald, with a thin build and clean-shaven. He was wearing a dark-blue hoodiewith a Toronto Maple Leafs logo on the chest, light-blue cotton pants, black Crocs and a dark-coloured toque.
He is also wearing a Medic Alert bracelet.
Police are concerned for his safety.
