The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Child Pornography investigation.
It is alleged that:
– through an investigation, a man was discovered to be accessing images and videos of child sexual abuse
– on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, Sex Crimes – Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant at a home in Toronto
On Wednesday, December 17, the man surrendered to police.
Christopher Frances-Barbosa, 29, of Toronto, is charged with:
1) Access Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Ave West on Thursday, December 18, 2014, courtroom 206.
