The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Saturday, November 1, 2014, a 15-year-old girl attended a party in the Victoria Park Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East area
– during the party, the girl was taken into a washroom where she was sexually assaulted by two men
On Saturday, January 24, 2015, Rolde Luther, 20, of Toronto, was arrested. He has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Forcible confinement
3) Gang Sexual Assault
He was scheduled to appear in court on Sunday, January 25, 2015, at Old City Hall Court , room 101.
There is one outstanding suspect. At this time, police have no details on the outstanding suspect.
