The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that defenceman Petter Granberg and forward Josh Leivo have been recalled from the American Hockey League’s Toronto Marlies.
Leivo, 21, has played nine games for the Maple Leafs this season, recording one goal and four penalty minutes. In 19 games with the Marlies, he has registered 13 points (four goals, nine assists).
Granberg, 22, has collected seven points (one goal, six assists) in 28 games with the Marlies this season. He has previously appeared in one game for the Maple Leafs after making his NHL debut on April 12, 2014.
The Maple Leafs return to the ice on Wednesday when they travel to New Jersey to face the Devils at 7:30 p.m.
