USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…In 2011 the Crimes Against Seniors Unit engaged in a lengthy investigation into allegations of a Theft by Power Of Attorney. After the arrest and subsequent court trial found that an elderly woman had in fact become the victim of a theft perpetrated by a family member.

The theft occurred over several months starting in 2010 resulting in a loss to the victim of $105,000.00. The family member was arrested in 2011 and convicted in November 2014 for these crimes.

On January 26, 2015 she was sentenced to one year in jail and ordered to pay restitution for the full amount stolen from the victim.

  1. The article about my mother is extremely inaccurate. The real story is about an elderly woman who dcomment_ID not want to split her money in a divorce and asking my mom to hcomment_IDe it from my grandfather who was almost shot by my uncle for his money.
