USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…Over $90,000 in cash and narcotics, as well as a prohibited assault rifle were seized after two Ajax men were arrested for drug trafficking.
On Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at approximately 7 p.m., members of the DRPS Guns and Gangs Enforcement Unit conducted an investigation into drug trafficking in the Ajax area. Two male suspects were arrested as they pulled into an Ajax address. The search of their car resulted in the seizure of 491 prescription pills and more than $20,000 in cash. Search warrants were obtained and executed at residences of each suspect and the 2006 Mercedes vehicle was seized.
The search of a residence on Flower Crescent in Ajax found 55 grams of marihuana, 28 Fentanyl patches, 20 Dilaudid tablets, cash and a prohibited assault rifle with an over-capacity magazine.
The search of a house on Cumberland Lane in Ajax found three grams of cocaine and more than $50,000 in cash.
Carson MITTON, age 40, of Flowers Crescent in Ajax is charged with 13 offences, including: Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x4; Possession of a Prohibited Firearm; Possess Loaded Firearm; and Tampering with Serial Number. He was held for a bail hearing.
William KRYBA, age 22, of Cumberland Lane in Ajax, is charged with: Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking x4; Possession of MDMA; and Possession of Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000. He was held for a bail hearing.
