(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service is seeking for public assistance in locating missing Douglas Warner, 59 years old, of Ottawa. He was last seen at approximately 6:00am on February 3rd, 2015 in the 1-100 block of Waller Street.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 5’9” (175cm), skinny build, bald head, white beard and bushy eyebrows, long beige/tan coat, black and white checkered pajama bottoms (see picture).
