The Hamilton Police Service Homicide Unit continued to investigate the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Harmanjit Singh, and the discovery of his remains in a flood basin in Stoney Creek.
As a result, charges have now been laid in relation to his death.
Accused: Dashminder DEOL, 37 years of Hamilton,
Charges: Manslaughter and offering an indignity to human remains.
