Brampton – Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 57 year-old male.
Noel WAUGH was last seen on Monday, March 9, 2015, at approximately 7:00 a.m., leaving his residence on Church Street.
Noel WAUGH is described as being male, black, 5’9” tall, 130 lbs, with a medium build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a bright yellow and blue winter jacket, black winter boots and a blue scarf. He has very little money and is known to travel on foot. He has no family in the area and no known friends.
Police are concerned for Mr. WAUGH’s wellbeing as he requires daily medication, which he had not taken prior to leaving the residence.
UPDATE: Above mentioned person has been located.
