35 year old man charged for heroin trafficking in Moncton, N.B

On December 4, 2010, at approximately 4:00 a.m., the Codiac RCMP arrested a 35-year-old man for being intoxicated in public.

The man was charged for possession of heroin and ecstasy pills for the purpose of trafficking. He was also charged with possession of marijuana.

The man was held in custody until Monday, December 6, 2010, at which time he appeared in Moncton Provincial Court to face drug related charges, as well as failing to comply with a probation order.
