The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Child Exploitation investigation.
It is alleged that:
– a man was accessing and saving images and videos of child sexual abuse
On Thursday, March 5, 2015, Child Exploitation officers executed a search warrant at a home.
Patrick O'Malley, 43, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) two counts of Possession – Child Pornography
2) Access Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Thursday, April 2, 2015, 10 a.m., courtroom J.
