Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in the 9200 block of Winkler about 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday (Dec. 7).
The male victim, Paul Anthony Soto, 31 , of South Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant D, Morgan and Officer P. Gonzalez reported:
Mr. Soto attempted to cross the intersection of Winkler and Surrey on foot when he was struck by a black and red Harley Davidson motorcycle. Soto died at the scene. The male operator of the motorcycle suffered a broken arm and was transported to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital. He showed no signs of impairment.
The investigation is continuing.
