USA: Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…The Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Unit has charged a West Dover man following a child pornography investigation.
On the morning of April 8th, 2015 members of the ICE Unit, with assistance from the Integrated VICE Unit, executed a search warrant on a residence on Middle Village Rd. Gerald Joseph Cuvelier, 40, was arrested at the scene without incident. Preliminary analysis of devices located at the residence confirmed they contained child pornography images and video.
Cuvelier has been charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Accessing Child Pornography. He was released from police custody on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court on July 22nd, 2015.
