Four Toronto men charged in Jane and Finch shooting

USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…On Thursday, April 16, 2015, at 5:50 p.m., police were called to the Jane Street and Driftwood Avenue area for a shooting.

It is alleged that:

– several people were standing out front of a townhouse

– a group approached the townhouse and fired numerous rounds at the several people out front

– five people out front received gunshot wounds

Four people were arrested:

1) Akeem Bailey, 25, of Toronto, has been charged with 30 offences.

2) Clifton Vassel Youria, 29, of Toronto, has been charged with 36 offences.

3) Maurice Smith, 21, of Toronto, has been charged with 25 offences.

They are scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Friday, April 17, 2015.

4) Daniel Duarte-Alvarez, 20, of Mississauga, has been charged with 21 offences.
