Toronto man Jean Guy Thibeault charged for the murder of Kenneth McGowan

USA: Free $30 Oye! Times readers Get FREE $30 to spend on Amazon, Walmart…On Thursday, April 9, 2015, at 3:35 p.m., officers responded to a call for unknown trouble at 444 Lumsden Avenue.

It is alleged that:

– a man was located with non-life-threatening injuries

– he was taken to hospital

It is further alleged that:

– another man was found in the hallway with life-threatening injuries

– he was taken to hospital via emergency run

– on Friday, May 9, 2015, at 11:25 p.m., he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced

A post-mortem examination revealeed the cause of death as blunt-impact trauma to the head.

The deceased has been identified as Kenneth McGowan, 63, of Toronto.

Jean Guy Thibeault, 36, of Toronto, was arrested. He was charged with:

1) Second-Degree Murder
2) Aggravated Assault
3) Unlawfully in a Dwelling
4) two counts of Fail to Comply Probation

Homicide detectives are asking anyone who may have seen or heard anything regarding this investigation to contact them
