Three East Indian men wanted for sexual assault in Oshawa

Investigators are appealing for information leading to the identities of the suspects involved in an alleged sexual assault of a 30-year-old Oshawa woman over the weekend.

On Sunday December 19, 2010 at approximately 12:30 a.m. the 30-year-old female victim and her girlfriend attended the Excuses Bar located on Simcoe Street south in Oshawa and socialized with patrons for several hours. The victim does not recall any further details from the early morning hours at the bar until approximately 8:30 a.m. when she found herself inside a van with three male suspects travelling along the 401 highway.

The victim was released by the suspects at Port Union Road and the 401 highway. The victim then flagged down a motorist who drove her home to Oshawa. The victim then reported the incident to police.

The three suspects are described as: brown-skinned males of East Indian descent. The suspect vehicle is described as a van, make and model unknown.
