The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on the evening of Tuesday, July 14, 2015, a four-year-old girl attended a Walmart at 900 Dufferin Street
– a man approached the girl and sexually assaulted her within the store
On Tuesday, July 14, 2015, officers from 11 Division arrested Paul Alexander Kubesch, 47, of Toronto. He was investigated by officers from the Child & Youth Advocacy Centre (CYAC). He was charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
He was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, July 15, 2015, room 101.
Police believe there may be other victims.
